An Ex-Meta and Ex-eBay leader, Surbhi has a proven track record of leading initiatives & scaling accounting functions. She was recognized with prestigious CFO awards at Google and eBay for innovation and efficiency. She helped to build teams & the core accounting functions for unicorn startups like Groq and Rubrik. She has saved organizations millions through strategic initiatives such as process automation and tax credit recovery. With expertise in ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) and Lean Six Sigma certification, Surbhi excels at streamlining complex processes and delivering actionable insights. She has led the selection, evaluation & implementation of several tech stacks & other tools like Ramp, Expensify, Zip, Navan, ADP, Paylocity, Fidelity, BambooHR, Blackline, FloQast, etc.. She has also acted as a product advisor to several fintech startups, contributing to innovative solutions and growth strategies. Beyond accounting, she is a trusted advisor, builder of high-performing teams, and a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion.
